    Comments: Much better SS Intervals than yesterday. I rode to El Derodo Park where they hold criterium races in the summer. The road has been repaved and is for the most-part obstacle free. There is very little traffic there in the morning so I pretty much had the course to myself. Much better than trying to do the intervals along Coast Highway -- no cars, no traffic signals, no potholes! It was so much easier to go faster. You can check out my times and HR by clicking on the Motion Based link. Although the ride ended up being around 2 hours as opposed to the scheduled 1 1/2 hours, I think it was worth it.
